Wedding Investment.
Your wedding is one of the greatest and most memorable days of your life. I am honored you are interested in my services and having me be apart of your day. I take my job very seriously, and having been a bride, I know choosing vendors can be one of the most exciting and daunting parts of planning. I will make it easy on you. All of my brides will tell you, I am incredibly laid back and want to ensure that the process of choosing a photographer is the least stressful thing you do. Reach out, tell me about your day, if you have chosen a date and venue, and I will respond promptly with my packages and information.
Elopements or intimate vow exchanges begin at $1800 & full day wedding coverage begins at $3000. I have three to choose from with the option to customize according to your day and your plans. Feel free to reach out for more information. All wedding packages include an online gallery with print release and a complimentary engagement shoot for us to get to know one
another before your special day!

WHAT KIND OF GEAR DO YOU USE?
I shoot Canon; here's my gear list:

HOW DO YOU HANDLE DEPOSITS?
For a typical portrait session I require half of the package sum upon booking to reserve your date. You're spot is at risk of being filled by another party until I receive this deposit. This is particularly crucial for weekend dates & during the fall "busy season".

For weddings I require 35% of the package price upon booking to save your date!

*Primarily deposits are handled through paypal but I also accept cash or checks made out to Ayren Cobb.

LOCATIONS & TRAVEL?
The location of our shoot is completely up to you! I am always up for trying new spots, or I have a few places in central Indiana that I "frequent". If there is a location you've seen in a photo of mine that you are interested in, please send it to me or give a description and we can make it happen! Keep in mind that I am based in Indy and there is a travel fee associated with locations more than 45 miles away.

I also LOVE to travel to places outside of the state. You would be surprised how much beauty can be found only a couple of hours from home. Message me for a list of day trips that are within 3-5 hours from the Indianapolis area with no travel charge.
WHAT DO I WEAR?
I am by no means a fashion guru. There's a 90% chance I'll show up to our shoot in strappy sandals with socks, BUT I can give some input on what photographs well and what isn't as flattering.

Pretty much anything flowy as in tops, dresses, and skirts looks amazing. If that's not your style, feel free to wear anything you feel beautiful in. I want you to focus on being in the moment with your Lover or family rather than worrying about sucking it in or if you're top looks too tight from a certain angle.

If you choose a package with multiple outfits I always recommend one more formal or dressier look and then one casual outfit that shows off your personality. And as far as colors go, the more the better. If we are shooting at a location with lot of green I would avoid greens. If we are shooting somewhere drenched in sunlight and wide open, whites, cream colors, and light blues look gorgeous. If you have any more specific questions, just ask!
HOW MANY IMAGES?
When it comes to my wedding packages, I do not have a maximum of minimum number of images for delivery. My workflow involves culling through the gallery and handpicking the best images to edit and deliver to you. You can expect around 75 images per hour of coverage for a full wedding day. My delivery timeline varies during each season but never exceeds 12 weeks for weddings and 6 weeks for regular sessions.
